We’re delighted to announce that we are a finalist for an award at this year’s Lending Awards, hosted by Credit Strategy! The Lending Awards are one of the most respected awards programmes in the financial services industry.
It is the only awards programme distinguishing and rewarding individuals, teams and businesses across Alternative Lending, Commercial Finance, and Mortgage Industries, The Lending Awards celebrates and rewards excellence across the entire lending market.
Recognising exceptional talent over the last year, the Lending Awards 2022 present a perfect opportunity to showcase the hard work and achievements of organisations, teams and individuals.
The categories reflect the widening remit of the profession covering awards for Best Mainstream Mortgage Lender, Alternative Consumer Lender of the year, Best Support for SMEs, the Innovation Award and many more.
We are pleased to have been shortlisted for the ‘Alternative Consumer Lender of the year’.
Since 2017, we have helped over 20,000 consumers secure finance and get a new vehicle who may have been declined elsewhere for credit.
Most applications we receive are reviewed by the employees themselves and not just a computer program. This approach allows us to consider any extenuating circumstances such as a poor credit history, self-employment, or income from benefits.
Our Chief Customer Officer, Fiona Bonser commented “Being shortlisted for this award reflects our continued commitment to providing finance for consumers who have been excluded from mainstream lending. Financing a car should be simple and it is important to us that our customers feel excited about the car buying process.
We have focused on developing a stress-free customer journey and have removed the need for tedious paperwork, complicated jargon and confusing repayment schedules so all our customers need to worry about is finding that perfect set of wheels.
In addition to supporting our customers with getting a new car on finance, our employees focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving fair customer outcomes.”
Best of luck to all finalists for the awards ceremony on the 1st of November.
