Once we had located the car I spoke to someone in regards to the finance. He was helpful and again very friendly but more importantly he made sure I could afford the payments

My experience with Go Car Credit has taught me that I wouldn’t seek car finance anywhere else other than with Go Car Credit . I have had car finance with other companies but this one stood out a million miles.

Is there a personal story you’d like to share about your journey with us?

I did try a few others before I come across Go Car Credit but only to be told NO! They didn’t really explain why and sort of left me in limbo. Go Car Credit was amazing! I got a decision within minutes the experience was amazing!

Would you recommend our service to others, and if so, why?

I would definitely recommend Go Car Credit because they treat you like a person and not just a customer. I’d especially recommend if someone has bad credit.

I wouldn’t say there is much room for improvement my experience was perfect.

From start to finish the whole experience was perfect, flawless and very comfortable. Being made to feel the way Go Car Credit made me feel is so important and speaks volumes about what kind of company they are. They really do go above and beyond. This remains the same once you become a customer, the customer service team is amazing. All I can say is thank you!

How easy the whole process was, and how quickly we had a figure of how much we could borrow.

Unfortunately, the first car that we had agreement on was deemed unrepairable, so I contacted Michelle in customer services and the service was second to none. She contacted the dealership, and arranged the end of the first agreement, set up a new agreement for a placement car, and arranged delivery of the new car and collection of the unrepairable one at the same time. This was above and beyond customer service, with people doing all they could to ensure we had a successful conclusion.

Is there a personal story you’d like to share about your journey with us?

Michelle’s assistance was dedication to the job, when we had the first fault, she did all she could to try and get the car repaired quickly, but unfortunately the car took over a month to be repaired and wasn’t done correctly. When the same fault appeared again, she took control of everything.

Would you recommend our service to others, and if so, why?

Yes, I have recommended you to others, for easy of service and incredible backup if things go wrong.

Very much above average, we live some distance away from the dealership, but quite honestly this made no difference at all.

What made you choose our car finance service over others?

I was browsing a few different car finance websites – Go Car’s website was easy to navigate and work out what I needed to do.

Ease of Process:

How would you describe the application and approval process with us? Did anything stand out to you about this process?

The application process was really easy. Uploading documents was easy too. I was kept up to date all the time with emails. Really good quality service. It felt like the staff there actually ‘wanted’ to help and get the sale rather than the basic level of customer service.

Choosing a car was difficult for me as I was torn between which cars to get. However, any time I came to the agent with a question I’d get either a call back within 2 hours or an email within 1. He was really helpful, made the decision to go with Go Car Credit really easy.

What feature(s) of our car finance service did you find most beneficial?

On my first car with Go Car Credit they added a payment reminder system. This allowed me to continue on time payments and re finance 22 months later without the security!

How has our car finance service impacted your car ownership experience?

Not much after sales car, but to be fair, there really isn’t much to help with. Experience once I had the car isn’t much different to previous lenders I have used in the past.

Is there a personal story you’d like to share about your journey with us?

Go Car Credit staff are really friendly and have empathy. I did call once or twice for advice or a question on something. Sometimes I wouldn’t be able to reach my rep as he was busy, the other staff didn’t say ‘call back’ they actually helped. What a great team.

Recommendation:

Would you recommend our service to others, and if so, why?

Yes I would. I did actually, to my mum! Go Car are very easy to talk to and like I said above actually ‘want’ to help rather than have to because they are paid to.

Is there anything we can improve on to make our service even better for you in the future?

Not at all, very happy with the service I received.

As this is the second time using your service, there is a good reason why I used this service again. The speed and efficiency of your service and also the fact that my first car had no problems with my finance and I never missed a payment. The overall service is second to none.
