The Credit Awards celebrates and rewards excellence across the entire credit industry. Recognising exceptional talent over the last year, the Credit Awards 2023 presents a perfect opportunity to showcase the hard work and achievements of organisations, teams and individuals.
We are pleased to have been shortlisted for the ‘Responsible Lender of the year’ award. This is an important category for us as a lender within the alternative finance space. Ethical and responsible lending has never been more important, and the current economic climate is demonstrating this.
Affordability is the focus for any new or existing customers, as a responsible sub-prime finance provider, we are reviewing processes and criteria due to the cost-of-living crisis. With customers’ pockets feeling the pinch more than ever due to increasing energy bills, fuel costs, as well as shopping budgets taking a hit, not to mention council tax and other household bills going up, we are making changes to help our customers with the crisis.
Since 2017, we have approved over 155,000 consumers for car finance and get a new vehicle who may have been declined elsewhere for credit.
