The circumstances identified by the FCA do not apply to our products or practices. We will continue to monitor the position and any further updates from the FCA.

We have never operated a Discretionary Commission Arrangement model. Where commission has been paid, it has been at a fixed rate. In most cases, no commission has been paid.
