Collections Agent (Warrington)
An opportunity has arisen for several experienced Collections Agents to join our Customer Care team in our Warrington office.
You will be responsible for managing the collections process from the beginning to the end, recovering arrears via telephone and email and rehabilitating customers through agreeing payment arrangements whilst maintaining our agreement in accordance with FCA guidelines.
We’re looking for outstanding individuals with experience of working collections in a regulated environment – ideally sub-prime hire purchase motor finance, although we are open to transferable experience in other regulated environments or with other types of finance.
You must be IT literate and have good numeracy and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Resilience and rapport-building are also key skills for the role.
Our normal shift patterns are shortened at the moment to 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, with initial training in our COVID-secure office but homeworking largely in place for the time being. When normality resumes the shifts will be between 8am – 8pm and include some weekend work.
